Shared Ministry
At UUCM, we all embrace a role in supporting one another’s spiritual journey. Our commitment to shared ministry is a core underpinning of our community and is reflected in these ways:
- Our individual support and engagement with one another;
- Our ministers’ role in fostering a welcoming environment for common worship.
- Our Sermon Seminar program of lay-led services;
- Our participation in Small Group Ministry; and
- Our Pastoral Care Network.
Together, these facets of shared ministry contribute to the richness and ongoing vibrancy of our religious and spiritual lives.
