UUCM is sponsoring a Mindful Improv Showcase, featuring Jim Readey, a long time, celebrated director of Improv, and his troupe.
The practices of Mindfulness and Improv Comedy are a natural fit and form a powerful, integrated tool for insight, transformation, and creativity. The combination makes Mindfulness practice a lot more creative and fun, and Improvisation more user-friendly, grounded & healing … and its invaluable skill set more easily transferrable to our everyday life.
Come join us at UUCM (20 Elm St., Milford, NH) on October 4 from 7pm to 9 pm for a memorable night of creativity, depth and fun. Audience members can watch the improv or take part – there is no pressure to participate, but there will be room to do so.
