In the Name of All That is Holy (Online)
Rev. Shayna Appel
This Sunday we will explore how the legacy of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King might speak to Unitarian Universalists today in word and in song. Our special guests will be the dynamic, award-winning activist duo of Pat Humphries and Sandy O, who comprise the music group known as Emma’s Revolution. Their songs have been sung for the Dalai Lama, praised by Pete Seeger, and covered by Holly Near. With beautiful harmonies and genre-defying eclecticism, Emma’s Revolution delivers the energy and strength of their convictions, in an uprising of truth and hope for these tumultuous times. This should be a service to remember! You may want to invite your friends!
