The Evolved Nest (In Person and Online)

Humans share with other species a capacity for feelings, thoughts, and dreams. Our confidence and compassion develop in an evolved nest that is not so different from the “nests” that elephants, penguins, and whales use to nurture their young. It’s how social needs and values are passed along. This service explores the power of the family unit as it is supported by a larger, caring communal unit. Beloved community is an evolved nest of collaboration, empathy, and purpose that makes life meaningful for all of us, no matter what our age or circumstances.
