Providing support for those newly released from prison, and for others who are experiencing life transitions
- Support includes transportation, clothing and other personal items, and help in setting up a household.
- Support also takes the form of advocacy work on legislative and other public policy matters related to minimizing incarceration, improving services for those who are incarcerated, and easing their transition back to the community.
- Additionally, WITT is committed to outreach to the larger community to heighten awareness of the struggles of these members of our community.
